Okay okay okay okay okay!
Oct. 25th, 2006 12:59 pmSo, after much fussing at by
metafrantic, and a great deal of consideration in the back of my head, I've gone ahead and signed up for NaNoWriMo again this year.
See?

I have no idea what in hell I'm going to write. Maybe some nice trashy chicklit, verging on erotic fiction. I've been reading a lot of that lately, in a "I'm tired and don't want to think" way.
swimmer2006, care to join your crazy mom in this?
Edit: I know what I might write. I might use my grandparents' lives (such as I know of) as a basis for a story. When you think about it, my family is full of scandal.
My maternal grandfather left my grandmother for another woman, having cheated on her for years anyway, for which my mom and uncle never really forgave him. My paternal grandfather, whom I never met, shot himself in the head in 1960 (sixteen years before I came along); my paternal grandmother was married three times and only widowed once. Her second husband left her for her best friend, and her son (my dad) stayed close to his ex-stepdad anyway because he was mad at my grandmother for siding with my mom in the divorce. Surely I can generate 50,000 soapish words out of that. *grin*
