Unhappiness in relationships, according to Dr. Gary Chapman, is often due to the fact that we speak different love languages. Sometimes we don't understand our partner's requirements, or even our own. We all have a "love tank" that needs to be filled in order for us to express love to others, but there are different means by which our tank can be filled, and there are different ways that we can express love to others.

Summary

The idea of this exercise is to understand exactly how dynamic a person's sexual orientation can be, as well as how fluid it can be over a person's lifespan. While a person's number of actual homo/heterosexual encounters may be easy to categorize, their actual orientation may be completely different. Simple labels like "homosexual", "heterosexual", and "bisexual" need not be the only three options available to us.

I read the book "The five love languages." It really changed how I look at relationships. Unfortunately, I lent it to a friend to help with her failing relationship, and though she never read it, she left it at his house when they broke up. I've spent the last year and a half trying to figure out what Craig's are (though I suspect his primary is either receiving gifts or acts of service). I love that this has been made into a quiz. Assuming accuracy, of course. I know what my primary is. Lets see if the quiz agrees, shall we?

...although I think the 'Love Language' quiz question format would tend to push people away from the 'acts of service' and 'receiving gifts' angle

I know what you mean. The way the questions are worded is a bit strange and not (to my mind) conducive to perfectly accurate answers.
