Stitchin' and bitchin'

So, after my post about buying a new copy of my wolf cross stitch pattern on Ebay, Jodi and I decided we needed to have a stitch 'n' bitch, to which Jen got invited and which Tessa volunteered to host.
That was fun.
Girl talk, decorative needlework, and athletic young men in tight clothes (we had the television tuned to the Olympics); this is what makes life worth living. *grin*
I'm not sure I did such a hot job of showing Jodi how to make French knots though; they are sort of a pain to do, because you want the thread to make a little knot, not a huge tangle, and you don't want it to go back through the Aida cloth.
But that just means we'll have to stitch 'n' bitch again, another day.
