All of a sudden my entire stomach hurts. It's like a cramp but it burns and it's all over, from the bottom of my ribcage to my hips.

I'm going to go lie down and see if I feel better later.

This hurts like a motherfucker.

Well, lying down helped; it still hurt but not as much, and eventually I fell asleep, and now I feel much better. No more tummy ache.

I'm thinking that my muscles in my abdominal wall were hurting because I've been coughing a lot from smoking too much. (Bad DesertRose, smoking is bad for you, I know.) And a nice relaxed sleep just made it all go away.
