That's a wonderful beginning for a good father. I like the part where there is discipline without abuse. That shows balance and reality in your imagination. I also like the part about good hugs and allowing girls to just cry. That shows compassion and understanding.
I like your start. I think it's really neat you're doing this. Thank you for sharing this, I could also benefit from thinking of what a perfect father would be as I had one, but he was never what one would consider a father.
