azdesertroseI've chatted with my friend whom I'm afraid is suicidal. I'm still afraid he's going to kill himself. And there's nothing I can do to stop him. I can't make the bad things in his life get better, as much as I wish I could and would if I could.
All I can do is try to talk him into hanging on and love him as much as I can for as long as I've got him. It will break my heart to lose him.
I hate feeling so helpless. There's nothing I can do to help him except to let him lean on me and hope that loving him will give him the strength to hold on.
