I feel like I can't do anything right.

I took my medicine this morning and it's not helping. I feel horribly depressed and mentally slowed down.

All I want to do is cry, but all that'll do is make me a mucusy, teary mess.

I just want to curl up in my bed with my teddy bear and cry and stare into space, but I know that won't make me feel better.
